That is why we are talking about bottom-up economy because we need to teach hustlers like him how to make money. The point is that we set up the cyber security unit in that Bill. However, given the challenges of this Republic, knowing that our economy is not doing so well, we need to think of how we can generate revenue through imposition of taxes on many of these platforms that get contents from Kenyans free of charge. Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.48 (1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights on the closure of Kericho Law Courts.
