Member of Parliament for Othaya Constituency usurped the constitutional authority to convene this House does not in any way invalidate our coming here to correct that usurpation! view

We know that the ECK has not raised any question or any doubt on the election of the 207 hon. Members seated in this Chamber right now, while we know clearly that the Commission has raised serious doubts and weighty issues on the validity of the election and swearing in of the hon. Member of Parliament for Othaya; Mr. Mwai Kibaki as President of this country. view

Member of Parliament for Othaya Constituency as the President of this country is in serious doubt, he must be sworn-in as the hon. Member for Othaya Constituency which is number 66 on this list. We are not going to close our eyes to obvious issues. Therefore, I urge you to exercise the full authority of your office and take judicial notice of the obvious that we are not going to deal with political and electoral fraudsters masquerading and exercising illegally the Executive authority of this nation. view
