Before the interruption, I was saying that pursuant to Section 16 of the Statutory Instruments Act, the Committee held a pre-publication scrutiny meeting with the Ministry of Health on 5th February 2020 in Mombasa where various issues emerged. Further to that, the Committee held a further meeting with the Kenya Association of Manufacturers (KAM) taking into consideration the fact that in production of breast milk substitutes, the association needed to be consulted.
