The sections appearing from Clause 40 are insertions into sections of the existing Act, the Kenya Anti Corruption and Economic Crimes Act, No.3 of 2003. This area has quite a number of Acts that rule. This is one of the Acts that will be one of them. The other is the Anti-Corruption Commission Act. The other is the Public Officer Ethics Act.
