needs to consider changing this definition so that serious offences are felonies. Felonies are any offences that attract a sentence of more than three years in imprisonment. In the same paragraph, it says, an offence against a provision of any law in a foreign state for a conduct which if it occurred in Kenya would consist of an offence. Again, why would we want to tie into our municipal laws? If we have extradition issues, they can be handled through extradition. We should not bring in that, in my opinion.
