Among the Votes that we will be voting for in the Appropriations Bill is Vote No.34 which deals with Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC). Earlier today, the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs met and resolved that the appointment that was announced was illegal and unprocedural.
