Our Constitution is very clear. This Bill also puts those clarities that in places where this is not done, correction must be done. Article 232 of the Constitution states very clearly that appointment to certain posts must represent the face of Kenya. It is an open extra judicial killing of a civilian. It surprises and it is hurting a lot that in this day and age in Kenya, that kind of a killing can happen. It is time that those hostilities end and that they continue to embark on the good developments that I have personally witnessed in that country. The problems of our neighbours cannot be ignored for various reasons. Number one, it is for peace and stability of our region. Our region is, indeed, considering our eastern neighbours of Somalia and the problems they are facing--- Having another problem again means that this region will not have any benefits from that country.
