Wanga is that Mrs. Mumelo is an outstanding character in this country. I take that as it is, but I want to tell the House that I also know Dr. Abdullahi Ali on a personal level, a friend and a schoolmate. As the Member for Kisumu County has said, if you have a genuine point, you can make it in two minutes. I support that idea. I do not like repeating myself. Pursuant to Standing Order No.44(2)(c), I hereby request for a Statement from the Chairperson of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security concerning the terrorist attacks at the District Officer’s (DO) camp at Bula Jamuria in Mandera, last night at 3.00 a.m. The terrorists killed an Administration Police (AP) officer and injured three others. One of the APs is critically injured. The terrorists destroyed seven vehicles, including the DO’s vehicle as well as the DO’s office and the chief’s office.
