It is a matter that the Committee has interrogated for quite some time now. The Committee has visited the area, but it has been having several twists here and there in the process of our investigations. I also want to inform him, if he so allows me because he is my friend, that in terms of the new Constitution, any approval by the previous municipal councils or the councillors for that matter from 2010, is null and void. We cannot brush off matters to do with land. Allow me, as a Chair, to apologise to the House that we could not manage to table the Report in good time as the Speaker had directed.
