I think it is not in order to say that the Report is not properly before the House, because all the recommendations that were raised by Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ were not affecting the Report. If Hon. T.J. Kajwang’ is a member of the same Committee, then he should have come with a minority report to challenge the Committee’s Report. Thank you, Hon. Speaker.
