Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I was just wondering now that they are replacing the Temporary Deputy Chairman if they could also replace the Chairperson moving this amendment. However, now that we are about to finish let me proceed. I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 188 be amended by deleting the word “ten” and substituting therefor the words “two years” wherever it appears and deleting the word “ten million” and substituting therefor the words “ two million”.
