• 11 Oct 2012 in National Assembly: Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, we used the words “no finger” because if you have one finger then we will use that one finger. I am not appreciating why we should have “fingers” because if you have one finger then you have a finger and we will use that whether it is a thumb or a pinky. I am not very sure about the import of that. The only issue is that we are not very sure where the most prominent part is. We left that to the discretion of the Returning Officers. view

I am not appreciating why we should have “fingers” because if you have one finger then you have a finger and we will use that whether it is a thumb or a pinky.
