• 16 Mar 2016 in National Assembly: The Kenya Forest Service Board levies charges on forest product use. So, it is important that they be consulted in that matter. This will remove conflicts and overlap between the Trust Fund and the Kenya Forest Service Board. view

We want to provide clarification on the instrument that the Cabinet Secretary will use to declare land as forests. That is why we are adding that it should be through a Gazette Notice. view
