I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 26 and substituting therefor the following new clause─. “(26) (1) There is hereby established the Climate Change Fund, which shall be a financing mechanism for priority climate change actions and interventions approved by the Council. (2) The Fund shall be vested in the National Treasury. We removed the issues pertaining to the CEOs, but issues to do with access to public information and public participation are in the New Clause 24. If he looks at the new clauses, he will see that his concerns have been addressed. view
