Paul Koinange, the Member for Kiambaa Constituency; and, (xiii) In May 2022, sadly, we also lost Hon. William Kamoti Mwamkale, the Member for Rabai Constituency. view

Speaker, it is also during the life of the 12th Parliament that we lost two former Presidents, namely, former President Daniel arap Moi and former President Mwai Kibaki, who were also Members of this House for a long time. I believe we have eulogised them enough. I do not want to ask Members to rise again. view

Aden Duale, for having taken care of the first eight years as the first Leader of the Majority Party, and setting in place the frameworks and systems that I inherited and used during the last two years. view
