Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) I am not able to explain the circumstances for the disappearance of the 2009 KCSE Arabic Paper 503/1 since the matter is still under investigation. (b) The candidates were awarded grade âDâ plain based on paper 2 only since paper 1 scripts were unavailable. (c) I have instructed the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) to withdraw the results for Paper 2, until the investigations are completed before the end of year 2010.
