Thank you very much, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. When this happens in the Government, the people who suffer are the Kenyan public; the farmers. For those of us who represent cane farmers, the people who produce sugar for this country, those factories down there, there are some that require expansion and support. There are farmers who need to be helped and should not be taxed. There are those farmers who should be helped to organise their own transport for their cane.
