The CS requested the Committee to allow him time as he was not satisfied with the answer given by his officers. That was last month just before we went for the recess. So, I am sure if that was pursued, we would get an answer. I thank you. view

I wish to stress that it is not only KETRACO that has been involved in this. I support the Member for Naivasha on this aspect of the Petition. It is not only KETRACO that has been involved in usage of land owned by members of the public in Kenya. This should also be considered in future. They should be compelled to compensate the people that have either lost their land or had their pieces of land used by the companies. ... view
