  • 26 Feb 2020 in Senate: sacked through a text message. What happened yesterday is good because it is better to prevent than cure. Nairobians are not receiving any services, but I am sure by transferring these services to the national Government, things will start working. Nairobi City County cannot be run by only one person. I do not know why it took so long for Governor Sonko to nominate a deputy governor. There was something hidden in his mind. view
  • 26 Feb 2020 in Senate: Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think those are the repercussions of being a politician. All in all, I am happy because there is sobriety and sanity in Nairobi City County. I thank the President for being there and watching the agreement being signed. Thank you. view
  • 20 Feb 2020 in Senate: Mr. Speaker, Sir, I take this opportunity to congratulate my ‘Super’ Senator, Sen. Sakaja, for bringing this Statement. The women of Nairobi City County are tired of mourning the youths. I was born and raised in Dandora, so I know that the extra-judicial killings in Nairobi target the youths in slums. A majority of my former classmates are victims of the extra-judicial killings. The police have delayed in arresting the suspects who killed the boda boda rider at Mama Lucy Hospital. People have been demonstrating for the last two days over the killing of the boda boda rider which has ... view

I condemn the trigger-happy police officers who are killing our youths. view

I want to contribute to the Statement on evacuation of Kenyans stranded in Wuhan, China due to the outbreak of Corona Virus. My heart is in great pain. My fellow Kenyans are suffering in China because they have been placed in quarantined premises due to the outbreak of Corona Virus. It is alleged that Kenyans cannot get basic needs and are only getting one meal per day. I watched in disbelief a discussion on Citizen Television last evening between Mr. Jeffery Okundi, a Kenyan ... view
