As the Mover and whip, I should admit and declare that I am impressed by the participation of Members and the important comments that have been made during the debate. When I was moving debate on this Bill, and later on when the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Lands was seconding, I was worried that the Bill may not receive the attention it deserves.
