  • 7 May 2019 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I want to pick up from where Hon. (Dr.) Oundo left. The separation of the amendments in (la) and (lb) amounts to discrimination. I feel that both the county government procurement officers and the national Government procurement officers are the same. It is not fair for us to discriminate them. If you look at the wordings under (l a), it starts with “to develop” while in (lb) it is “to support”. Why is there this discrimination?
