It is unfortunate that the Leader of the Majority Party is not with us today. This issue has come up in the House Business Committee many times. Hon. Duale, the Leader of the Majority Party, has been helping us to coordinate. I request that we request the Office of the Clerk to help us fine-tune how we will be receiving answers. Some of us are not expecting answers because the Question I asked the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) did not require the CS to come. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I heard the Leader of the Minority Party mention the name of the Deputy President. I have also heard the Member on the Floor repeat the same position. Is it in order for Members of the House to consistently keep mentioning names of people who cannot defend themselves on the Floor?
