  • 8 Jun 2022 in National Assembly: Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I think it would have been better if we would know the contents of the Third Schedule. The Third Schedule is about the Examination Board which we have all agreed that it should be reinstated in the Bill. So, how do we delete the Third Schedule yet it is supposed to guide the Examination Board. It is important that we know what the Schedule contains. view

  • 8 Jun 2022 in National Assembly: The Bill as it is reads, “The Insurance Professionals’ Registration Bill 2020”. However, registration is part of the many other objects of the Bill for example, provision of examination, regulations of standards and the practice of insurance professionals. Therefore, I seek to remove the word “registration” from the Bill so that it reads: “The Insurance Professional Bill 2020.” view
  • 8 Jun 2022 in National Assembly: Do I have an amendment on Clause 1? I am lost. I do not know whether I have an amendment to Clause 1. The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor. view
