9 Oct 2008 in National Assembly:
Mr. Speaker, Sir, first, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for a very positive answer now that the cheque has been drawn. This cheque was drawn six years ago and it was posted to the DC's office. Up to date, the beneficiary has been going to the DC's office to get the cheque but each time he is told that the cheque has not been sent. Could the Assistant Minister assure this House that if Mr. Mutinda goes to the Machakos District Headquarters, he will get this cheque?
