When you bribe, nobody will supervise the work you are doing because you have already bribed your way out and so, at the end of the day, we have shoddy development projects. Much has been said about bribery. It is the right time to eliminate bribery, especially for those who are giving and receiving. The CDF is the best model for development that we have in this country and in the world. We had a meeting in Burkina Faso and the delegates there wanted to know how we operate the CDF. The CDF should be here to stay to bring more development in this country. view
