Our attention has been drawn to a statement in the media to the effect that counties face imminent cash crisis due to delay in the passing of Revenue Allocation Bills and delays in approvals of budgets by the Controller of Budget. Is it in order to deal with a statement such as this one when this matter has also gone to court?
