• 4 Dec 2013 in Senate: Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Regulation 5 of the Regulations be amended in paragraph (2) by- (a) deleting sub-paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph- (d) two persons appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; (b) deleting sub-paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph- (e) one person representing women appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposes only. • 4 Dec 2013 in Senate: Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move:- THAT, Regulation 5 of the Regulations be amended in paragraph (2) by- (a) deleting sub-paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph- (d) two persons appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; (b) deleting sub-paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the following new subparagraph- (e) one person representing women appointed by the Cabinet Secretary; The effect of this amendment is to allow the Cabinet Secretary to appoint two persons and one person to represent women directly without going through what is already there.
