Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I would like to commend and support the President's Speech. The President said that we should work together. He also observed that we have been very slow in the past. We spend a lot of time doing other things, rather than passing Bills. In that spirit, when we debated the appointment of Members to the House Business Committee (HBC) the following day, I decided not to waste more time. I gave up my slot. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is in the same spirit that I urge all hon. Members to talk to each other. Hon. Members should step down where necessary to allow proper debate to take place for the development of this country. I would like to ask one or two questions.
