In the next financial year, we need to implement feeding programmes in all our primary schools. Hon. Temporary Speaker, the country does not need austerity measures. This country needs economic stimulus. When the government does not spend, there cannot be economic growth. If we continuously witness an increase in interest rates, the economy will not recover. On behalf of the people of Mwingi West, I salute our President for that. The President reminded us that epic things can start with small humble steps. I liked the introductory part of his Speech.
