• 7 May 2024 in Senate: services and goods, they must have the money. This will cushion Kenyans who are suffering daily because of the loans they have taken. On the final amendment, the county governments, in consultation with the Controller of Budget, provide a budget for the completion of all existing projects. The initiation of new projects ceases until the completion of existing projects. My Chairperson is aware of this issue. In Nandi, we have over 500 incomplete projects.
