• 8 Jun 2023 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, we sanctioned the former Cabinet Secretary (CS) Ukur Yatani. Article 219 of the Constitution of Kenya states – “A county’s share of revenue raised by the national government shall be transferred to the county without undue delay and without deduction, except when the transfer has been stopped under Article 225.” I want to call upon CS (Prof.) Ndung’u to stop violating Article 219.
