  • 31 May 2023 in Senate: I have seen the Federation of Kenya Employers and the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) are saying, if you have to call me as your worker, there must be some sort of arrangement so that you pay overtime. If I am meant to leave the office at 5.00 p.m. and you give me work that I should complete by tomorrow morning, then I should be paid for that period. So, we pay for overtime beyond the normal salary. view
