This is because the work of the Senate does not involve Plenary only, but also working from committees, county visitations and other things. As much as I agree with Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale on Standing Order No. 65 on moving some Motions without Notice, it is important to be fair to our colleagues. view

If, for example, there is prove that they have travelled out of the country, your office always has a notice of Senators outside the country on special visits. Sen. (Dr.) Khalwale, if those issues can be proved, then I can support you in taking sanctions against the Minority side for boycotting. view
