I only have three things to say. One, most of the work is done at the Committee level. Kenyans should not assume that when a Senator or a Member of the National Assembly is not speaking in the Plenary, they are not doing their job. Almost 80 per cent of the work is done at the Committee level. It also gives Members an opportunity to learn and serve in various Committees. All of us want to get exposure.
