Allow me to congratulate and welcome my brother, Sen. David Wafula to the Senate. The immediate former Senator for Bungoma County and the current Speaker of the National Assembly was a dedicated Member of this House. He used to sit just behind my brother, Sen. Wambua. He was the senior most in this House, but he ensured he attended all the Committees religiously. He contributed to any Motion or debate, of course, with colorful English whenever he commented on the Floor of this House.
