Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thought I should go on record. This is not about Cherarkey, but about the ordinary Kenyans in Kibra who do not have smartphones. How many Kenyans have smartphones, including the people of Meru? It might be 1 per cent.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is the Cabinet Secretary to provide information. Even in Nandi, the number of people who can access smartphones across the county is less than 1 per cent. So, it is not fair to allow him to get away with that.

Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I can prove, but I did not get that information. When you go to the NEA website, no recruitment agency has been blacklisted or pending approval, or any that is functional, including First Choice Recruitment Agency. We are asking these questions on behalf of Kenyans. I am not asking on behalf of Cherarkey, my family or my other interests.

Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. This is my final question to the Cabinet Secretary. There are ladies who have given birth in Saudi Arabia, popularly known as Kadamas and have stranded with children. They cannot come back to the country because there is perception that it is child trafficking, yet DNA has been done to confirm that it belongs to them. What is the Ministry doing through the State Department of Diaspora Affairs to ensure that they are able to come back home without having those restrictions from that country? The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for ...

Madam Temporary Speaker, when you table documents, you know very well that the Senate has the jurisdiction of the High Court. You are a senior counsel in this Republic. The Cabinet Secretary said in his answer that he had attached a list but he has given us numbers. We do not know who these are. Can we get a detailed list of what my Question required? I will be grateful.

Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. This is a Procedural Motion, and I support the Majority Leader in this Procedural Motion on the review of our Calendar. I agree and share the frustrations. The Minority Leader and Majority Leader are here. Is there a possibility of developing a system within the caucuses of both minority and majority to alert members? Looking at the Order Paper, 90 per cent of the people who own Bills are not in the House. This means that if those people are not here, we cannot proceed. This means that the House will adjourn prematurely, and ...

I had made proper arrangements because, according to the Calendar I was given, I was to be in Busia on 23rd September. You can imagine the financial and emotional anguish I would go through in reorganising the diary. My cows are calving that season, so balancing being in Busia, caring for my cows, and harvesting maize will be hard. We also have small matters regarding sugar levels. I want to appeal to the Senate Business Committee because some of us do not have the privilege of sitting there. Can they find a way to engage Members? We do not need ...

Sorry. They have finished giving birth. So, they do not have many problems as young legislators, for example, Sen. Eddie. Some of them are still trying to find relevance and footing in politics in this country. So, I agree with the Senate Majority Leader. We need to mobilize ourselves as the Kenya-Kwanza Caucus. If Sen. Cherarkey, Sen. Sigei, or Sen. Karen Nyamu have a business, be alert in advance. Secretariat, this is a special appeal. Most of our colleagues who have Bills, sometimes, do not have moving notes. I want to ask your office of the Speaker to also come ...
