(Dr.) Murango has said, one that has struck me is on the Older Persons Cash Transfer (OPCT). I commend because he is learning very fast and becoming very industrious. Secondly, it is very unfortunate because we all at some point shall get old. We will need the Government to take care of us except when you are a pensioner.
