As protectors of devolution, we need county governments to create cultural centers that are vibrant. I once went to Kwale County during an official parliamentary visit, and we found Governor Salim Mvurya had built a very good cultural center. I thought that was brilliant. The Senate Majority Leader is working very hard to ensure that there is expeditious handling of the Bills that originate from the National Assembly.
