• 29 Sep 2021 in Senate: . Part of social auditing is censuring Cabinet Secretaries like we did and the Auditor-General will do their work. We believe the reshuffle by the President was not done in good faith. Of course, he has the powers to reshuffle the Cabinet. I know that because of the “Handshake”, some people want to be in the Cabinet in the sunset years of his presidency. We must also do social audit. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., we were together in investigation of the disaster in Solai Dam. He was the Vice Chairperson of the Committee on National Security, Defence and Foreign Relations then. • 28 Sep 2021 in Senate: Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I want to say that this Statement is very timely. I agree that teachers’ career progression and development should be something that we do. Even in the legal profession, we have what we call Continuing Legal Education (CLE) among others. In all fairness, teachers should be the ones not to shoulder the burden of cost. Whether there was public participation, I think it is very important. It is a constitutional issue. • 28 Sep 2021 in Senate: Madam Temporary Speaker, the Chairperson of the Committee on Delegated Legislation, Sen. Faki, has told this House that this was just for the administration of the regulations and not an identification of marginalised areas. I have seen the report and the marginalised areas have been identified. The Senator for Nairobi City County should separate the issues. In the report, we are not discussing the identification of marginalised areas, but the management and administration. Is it in order to mislead the House, yet the report is indicating something else? view

You are aware that the Cabinet Secretary (CS) for Interior and Coordination of National Government was supposed to appear on the issue of Laikipia. As we talk, one person has been killed and 30 heads of livestock stolen in Ole Moran. This issue is continuing to happen.
