Up to now it is about Kshs20 billion and when you look at the money that has been given to Nandi vis a viz the projects that they have done, it is totally opposite; nothing has been done. For example, they were supposed to be given 20 ambulances and yet out of the 20 ambulances that were budgeted for under CIDP none has been delivered.
