Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.48(1) to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation regarding the seeking of Kshs14 billion by Kenya Airways as refund for unused tickets following the cancellations of flights occasioned by the advent of COVID-19.
