Madam Temporary Speaker, we should not be emotive about anything and refer Members to the Powers and Privileges Committee just to look good in the eyes of the public. I am not protecting anybody who voted on behalf of another Senator, but there is nowhere that says that if a Senator votes on behalf of another Senator, he should be referred to the Powers and Privileges Committee.
