Were is distracting our Chair, she is consulting. In the findings, he is finding that it is unreasonable, it is unconstitutional and it is not captured very well. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Chair should go ahead after the findings, and tell us what was the Committee way forward is and what are the determinations of the Committee. I have read the report, and I say this with a lot of respect because I have not heard whether the Chair is extrapolating but having hearing and reading the findings are two different things unless he is just explaining.
