Methu that the National Assembly is the biggest threat to the progress of Parliament and the Republic of Kenya. If they are not undermining devolution, they want to de-legislate the Senate. This is why we must amend this Bill. People are crumbling for more counties. Like in Migori County, Kuria want a county. In Bungoma County, they want another county.
