I, therefore, wish them well as they learn all that they can. We, from Nandi County, are aware of their impressive performance and are proud of them. . When they go back they should be ambassadors. It will ensure that the functions of the county attorney are provided for, the discharge of duties and exercise of powers by the county attorney. Yesterday, we agreed that the biggest challenge with our counties is the pending bills. One of them that is being misused is the outsourcing of legal services. This was the argument that we had during public participation because we have many young lawyers in this country and we realised people who have practiced long enough no longer find far flung areas attractive. That is why we said in this Bill, that we need to make sure CPSB provides a remuneration that is attractive to even senior practicing lawyers. This way, the quality of services can be improved.
