I know that as my colleagues go through the Bill, they will see that the Bill has provided for that in the Schedule. I know that this is where most people are asking how the process starts. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, these are prophets of hope and the future. I was with Sen. Madzayo and Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., when we were having the sweet chicken in Nandi County. Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. can attest to that fact that the chicken in Nandi is the best followed by the chicken from Busia, Kakamega and many other counties.
