Deputy Speaker, my point of information is that the President said in his Speech that he will abolish fees currently charged by public dispensaries and health centres for maternity cases. He put this in a very clever way. I am seated here with the former Director of Medical Services (DMS). The President does not say that, that fee will be abolished in hospitals. He said that the fee will be abolished in dispensaries and health centres because in the medical fraternity, there is a way of classifying health facilities.
