Hon. Speaker, that is precisely what I was saying that we must now move and say that compensation is a must in this situation. It is not a question of âprobablyâ. It is a must. This is because the law is clear on this matter. The proper way of going about this is that the representatives of these people need to come up with a list of names of people who have been affected by the nefarious activities of these agents of the State so that we come up with a case for compensation.
