The licensing is under the Deputy Inspector-General (DIG) of the Police. The minister under that Act means the Minister in the Office of the President. I do not know whether we are right to go to the Ministry of Industrialisation, Trade and Enterprise Development, when the operation of the Act falls under the auspices of the Office of the President. It is directly under the police. view
