Hon. Deputy Speaker, the Report of my Committee is fairly exhaustive. It is fairly self- explanatory and it is online. I would like to mention, at the outset, that my Committee was able to beat the deadline that was given by the Speaker of 24th May 2021 by 10 days.

Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. If I may continue, the lady is able to soberly dialogue to solve the stalemate in the appointment of the 41 judges. She is able to ensure that there is ratio in the Wambora Case. If you recall, it was said that the courts should, with a lot of circumspection and sparingly, issue orders that may inhibit parliamentary processes and procedures. Hon. Deputy Speaker, the only thing I was adding is that Justice Koome assured the Committee that she will judge the judges. I want to allay the fears expressed by Hon. Ichung’wah, but I will not answer anything because all the matters that he raised are extraneous. Tuju is not a member of the Committee and we are not considering Tuju or anybody else. If you allow me, I could donate a minute.
