• 19 May 2021 in National Assembly: Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. If I may continue, the lady is able to soberly dialogue to solve the stalemate in the appointment of the 41 judges. She is able to ensure that there is ratio in the Wambora Case. If you recall, it was said that the courts should, with a lot of circumspection and sparingly, issue orders that may inhibit parliamentary processes and procedures. I want to allay the fears expressed by Hon. Ichung’wah, but I will not answer anything because all the matters that he raised are extraneous. Tuju is not a member of the Committee and we are not considering Tuju or anybody else. If you allow me, I could donate a minute. view
