The gist of my argument is that this is a very fundamental issue that this House needs to deliberate on and come to a close because it is a matter that affects every corner of this Republic. Therefore, it is important that I urge my honourable colleagues to support this Motion of deferring this debate so that we could consult on the composition of this ad hoc Committee and bring back this Motion for passage. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have pensively listened to my colleagues and you must give direction today. We have witnessed an illegality with the assenting of the Division of Revenue Bill. In a few minutes from, now, we are going to cement that illegality. I have heard Sen. Wetangula encouraging Mr. Okiya Omtatah to go to court and challenge that decision.
